Dr. Eveline Ankaert is Counsel of the Employment, Pensions & Benefits practice.
Eveline has an all-round experience in individual and collective employment law, with a particular focus on health and well-being (including psychosocial risks, harassment, incapacity for work and re-integration processes), work accidents, anti-discrimination law and HR related matters in the public sector. Her work covers the provision of advice and assistance with prevention and legal procedures.
In addition, Eveline is a voluntary assistant at the Institute for Labor Law at the University of Leuven. She obtained the degree of Doctor of Laws at that same university in 2012. Her PhD on law enforcement and the medical profession was published in 2013.
Eveline regularly speaks at seminars and is the author of numerous publications on employment and health law.
She is a member of the Editorial board of the “Employment law Review” (Arbeidsrecht Journaal) and a member of BEGASOZ (Association of Belgian Professors of Labor and Social Security Law).
