Author or co-author of three books and several articles in recognized magazines. Speaker at Polish and international legal conferences on financial markets and international bankruptcy proceedings.
Advises international and Polish (including government-backed KFK / NCBiR) investment funds and has supported venture capital, private equity and investment funds in structuring and negotiating investments in start-ups and companies, particularly from the new technologies sector.
She led projects concerning the commercialization of R&D results, structuring and negotiating the financing of R&D as well as in complex advisory to commercializing projects in the new technologies sector.
Advised and taken part in various types of M&A transactions (share sale, sale of enterprise or its part, debt conversion into shares, etc.) advising sellers or buyers at all stages of the transactions.
Advises clients on general corporate matters including statutory and business activity of commercial companies and non-government organizations, corporate governance, contract preparation and negotiation, financing issues, trading and disclosure practices. Runs day-to-day advice for a public company and for a group of companies in the logistics sector.
Was involved in primary and secondary public offerings of shares on the Polish stock market, issuing bonds and day-to-day advice for public companies (on reporting, internal information and protection of confidential data).
