Arianna Perotti
Arianna Perotti graduated in law at the University of Turin in 2005 and subsequently obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in UK US and EU copyright law and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Corporate and Commercial Law both from the King’s College of London.
Arianna was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2009 and was called to the UK Bar by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple in 2021.
From 2005 she worked in the Milan offices of Pavia Ansaldo Law firm mainly in the fields of industrial law and intellectual property law.
From 2011 she worked as in-house lawyer in the Milan headquarters of two multinational industrial groups dealing mainly with contractual matters in the fields of traditional and renewable energies (on shore and offshore), oil & gas, metals and industrial automation.
In 2019, Arianna joined Dardani Studio Legale where she practices mainly in the fields of international commercial contracts, business transactions, construction contracts, EPC and O&M contracts international sale of goods contracts and in the related dispute resolution and litigations.
Arianna is a member of the Milan Bar and of the International Bar Association.
Arianna speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
Caroline Pinto
Carolina Pinto, born in Genoa on 15th October 1992, graduated magna cum laude at the University of Genoa in 2017.
In 2017 she joined Dardani Studio Legale, dealing, in particular, with shipping, transportation and international trade law, civil law.
She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2019 and she is a member of the Genoa Bar. She speaks Italian, English and Spanish.
