Gabriele Wahl Cesarec has more than twenty years of professional legal experience. After obtaining her law degree in Germany, she has continued to practice law in Croatia. Gabriele mostly advises international companies on corporate matters, trans-border mergers & acquisitions and regulatory matters.
Gabriele wrote several articles regarding Corporate and Competition Law, all of which can be found in distinguished international publications. Besides that, Gabriele is also certified Court interpreter for German language. Gabriele is fluent in Croatian, German and English.
Gabriele is leading the licensing and regulatory work (be it in the field of insurance, energy, environmental, etc.) connected to the corporate transactions BMWC advises on. As a double qualified lawyer, both in Croatia and in Germany with 20 years of experience with complex transactions she is thereby playing a key role.
