I’m specialized within Swedish and international Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law, data protection and Corporate Law with particular focus on the industries of Life Science, Automotive, IT and Digitalisation.
I work mainly with commercial agreements, IT law, data protection (GDPR) and Life Sciences with focus on medical devices, technology, e-health and regulatory issues. I work with both Swedish and foreign companies in a variety of industries and to a large extent with technology-intensive companies in development, IT, technology and medical device industry. I daily assists clients with advice on issues relating to data protection and privacy issues, regulatory issues as well as drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements. I have also experience in dealing with complex contractual issues, disputes, mergers and acquisitions and investment issues within the above-mentioned legal areas and industries.
Morris Law‘s team, led by Martin Vildhede, has a diverse employment law practice based in Gothenburg, incorporating reorganisations, terminations, labour union negotiations and trade secrets advice. Recently, the team witnessed an increasing set of instructions pertaining to vaccination mandates, and the group is active in advising on the implementation of whistleblowing procedures.
