She specialises in legal advice for domestic and foreign institutional and private investors, listed and private corporations and board members, in all corporate advisory and capital market matters, public takeovers and private transactions, restructurings and corporate litigation. Her clients include national and international corporations, private equity companies and private clients. Since 2001 she has practised corporate and capital market law, as well as M&A/private equity. Eva is considered a leading expert in her fields.
