Sara is a Senior Associate in BCLP’s specialist Contentious Construction & Engineering and International Arbitration practice based in Singapore.
Sara has experience of highly technical construction disputes across a number of sectors (including power, petrochemical and metro projects). She advises clients on the resolution of major international disputes, including claims relating to defects, delay, design, payment and final account settlement and termination.
Sara is an arbitration specialist and has experience of conducting arbitrations under most of the major institutional rules as well as ad hoc arbitrations. She is a Solicitor Advocate and has recently appeared as junior counsel in an ICC arbitration in Singapore. Sara also has litigation experience in the Technology and Construction Court in London and adjudication.
Sara relocated to Singapore from BCLP’s London office in 2015.
