Samidha Tyagi is a Partner at Desai & Diwanji’s Gurugram office.

Samidha specialises in transactional and advisory work in relation to mergers and acquisitions, cross border investments, private equity, joint ventures and business transfer. She has advised a number of Indian and foreign clients on investment routes for making investments into and outside India and has assisted various multinational corporations in establishing their presence in India. She advises on the full spectrum of such matters including post acquisition transition, corporate governance issues, commercial contracts, general corporate law and employment and labour laws. She also regularly advises in the areas of corporate, labour and technology laws.

She has experience in a wide variety of industries and sectors including manufacturing, information technology, broadcasting, retail and franchising and real estate. She has advised several entities on myriad aspects including regulatory and licensing issues, Companies Act and FEMA.
