Stella Strati
Stella Strati is the Partner – Corporate Finance, Tax, Private Client of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC and the Deputy CEO of Pagecorp Group, the corporate services provider which is associated with the law firm through common ownership. She has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures and banking and finance transactions, across a wide range of industries. She advises local and international companies (both public and private) on all aspects of financial and commercial cross-border transactions and on security matters and multinational organizations on all aspects of financial and commercial cross-border transactions and security matters, as well as on tax law matters. She provides advice in relation to the settlement of Cyprus International Trusts and trust law and also advises on Private Client issues. Furthermore, she is often engaged in providing advice on derivative and securities lendingtransactions, involving GMRA, GMSLA, ISDA, and other master agreements. Stella has been certified with the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) and is an International Tax Affiliate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT) and therefore she widely advises on tax law and international tax planning matters.
Eleana Christofi
Eleana Christofi is a Partner in the dispute resolution department of Patrikios Pavlou & Associates LLC. Eleana holds an LL.M. in international business law from the University of Manchester, and an MSc in management from Lancaster University. She joined the firm as a trainee in 2009, was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2010 and was promoted to partner in 2019. Eleana has authored and co-authored various articles on litigation and arbitration and is involved in: civil, commercial and corporate litigation cases, both domestic and international; shareholder disputes; injunctive relief; insolvency proceedings; and recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
Ioanna Samara
Ioanna Samara is a Senior Associate with the Dispute Resolution department of the firm. She specializes in General Civil Litigation, Family Law, Labour Law, Public & Administrative Law and Banking Law amongst others. She joined our firm in 2010. Ioanna is the co-author of the Cyprus chapter of the Global legal Group’s “Employment & Labour Law – Cyprus” and has been involved in the research and writing of other publications. She is a member of the Committee for the Modernization of Law and the Study of Bills of Law and Public Law of the Cyprus Bar Association.
